The choice of the marriage rite, the constraints and requirements

The wedding day is an announcement to the world by the pair for their love and their commitment, and during the celebration of the rite that spouses make this announcement.

* The previous marriage was not consummated;
* I spent three years of effective separation with the former spouse.

For the religious marriage, also, based on values such as the indissolubility, procreation and the obligation to educate their children in Catholic doctrine, there are other impediments that may give rise to the unlawfulness of the same family such as legal or vote religious or may simply lead to his disability, such as:

* Age;
* Impotence;
* Links previous marriage;
* Condition of the priesthood;
* Consanguinity:
* Kidnapping or murder.
